World War Heroica - The Aftermath
Even world wars end, and the survivors are left in the ruins. This is meant to be their story. Empires have fallen, and must try to rebuild, while new powers arise. The map is redrawn with new borders, new powers. Millions are enslaved in foreign countries. Provinces has broken free, but their cities are in ruins.
Armies continue to raid out of habit, and the ordinary people are robbed, or enslaved.
The only ones who won the war where the ones who stayed out of it. Do the rest have the capacity to rebuild?
