The Silver Moon
The Silver Moon is a combination of usefulness and comedy.
As someone who travels the world, Kiran will have information. For example, he could bring information about what happened after events the crew participated in, after the Blue Marlin left.
He also has some occasional useful items, but, to be fair, most of his treasures are about as valuable as the typical "genuine tourist Rolex made in China".
Either way, he is always a salesman first and foremost. No matter what you discuss with him, he will be trying to sell you things, always with a very friendly, very smooth tone. There will always be a "unique artifact" in his hand, with a good price, just for you.
I got the idea for him when visiting Egypt, where the salespeople get downright adhesive when they spot a tourist.
