Fixer Cassandra
Cassandra was someone I wanted to bring back from the Waverider stories, and I choose to do it in a way which showed that just freeing someone isn't enough. If they aren't given conditions which guarantee their freedom, they will not remain free.
She also has a very interesting emotional developing arc, which can be used in play to interesting effect.
