The Dreaming
This one has a very clear inspiration, a horror one-page Dogma concept RPG I made many, many years ago. In that game, named "Over the Rainbow", due to the song line "the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true", our real world has a similar issue to this flavor package: Dreams take real form.
I just transplanted the concept to Heroica, and figured how the society and religions in Heroica would react to it.
