The Dragon Pantheon
Inspired by the Palladium RPG, which has dragon gods.
I liked the idea of having mortal beings choose to ascend to godhood, and also that they still take a more active role in the affairs of the world than most gods.
It also really drives home how powerful the dragons of Kaelthir are. They remained, not due to a lack of power, but because the chose to not ascend. It is well within their power to do so, but they prefer to be the guardians of Kaelthir.
They also fit extremely well with the viking-inspired Draknir.
