Carnees
I wanted a truly bad guy race, just to mix things up. Heroica is all about "there are good people and bad people everywhere", but the carnees are simply bad beyond redemption.
They are part of a hidden three-way war between carnees, vampires and primas. To people in general think they are all myths, and if they believe in them, usually think they are all the same, which allows for some interesting moments when they get involved in this hidden war.
Play them over the top. To them, sadism isn't a problem, it's the solution. Whatever the question.
