Estoria
Estoria is really one of my favorite places in Heroica. The inspiration comes mainly from Point Central in the Valerian comics, from Babylon 5 and from Berlin during the cold war. A meeting place of worlds, both as a place of peace and a place of constant power games.
A boiling pot, where every diplomat, spy or trader, or the person who works for or against them, worth their salt is. It's the place to be, the place where deals, diplomatic or trade, are made, where fortunes are made and lost, sometimes in the same day. It's a place where alliances are fluid, and knowledge about where current loyalties lie is as valuable as gold.
It's the perfect place to play stories of intrigue, spycraft, heists, trade or just trying to stay afloat.
